Privacy Policy
Effective September 24, 2026. PingMyCustomers is operated by Duskfall Ventures LLC ("we", "us"), McKinney, Texas.
What we collect
For the businesses we serve: business name, owner name, business phone number, and billing details. For the customers of those businesses: phone number, name if provided by the business, the text messages exchanged, and basic service history (such as last service date) that the business provides to schedule reminders.
How we use it
Only to deliver the service: texting back callers a business missed, sending service reminders on the business's behalf, forwarding replies to the business, and reporting results to the business.
Mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us operate the service (such as our messaging carrier), and only as needed to deliver messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business. Reply HELP for help. Opt-outs are honored immediately and recorded so that no further messages are sent.
Retention and security
Data is stored with access restricted to the service itself. Businesses may ask us to delete their data, and their customers' data, at any time.
